We can analyze, scrub and/or add data to each debtor record in a batch file. This is our flagship product and is proven to not only identify those accounts with home equity, but also may provide additional contact information, loan-to-value, assets and ability to pay information. Personal Account Managers
Each of our clients is assigned a Personal Account Manager to assist with the implementation of our products and services. Having one point of contact is an easier and more efficient way of maintaining the relationship and to communicate more effectively. This extends not only to our Referral Partners and Clients, but to each Debtor who is in our program as well.

Though we are not a Loan Servicer, we provide options for every borrower/debtor in every US State and manage the Exit Strategy by working closely with FDCPA certified Servicers on our own portfolios or the portfolios of other investors.
Credit Repair
One of our unique services is geared directly for the debtor/ borrower. We believe that it is utmost important for them to pay their bills and if they agree to pay-off the collection account or refinance, we will stay with them all the way to restoring their financial health and improve their credit profile with Experian, Equifax, and Trans Union. SUMMERY REPORTS ON DEMAND
We understand the needs of our Clients, Investors, and Referral Partners. Knowing if the account will pay-off and when is critical to managing the account and reporting to Owners, Managers, Creditors, Clients, and Staff. Instant status on recovery progress per account
In addition to the Summary Reports, Managers will receive an automated email every time the debtor completes one more milestone in their approval process. If the Manager desires this type of updated information, all we need is his email and he will receive a 128 bit password protected encrypted link to receive it. Rewards Program
ISR has designed a RESPA and FDCPA compliant Incentive and Rewards Program for the Floor Collectors, Floor Managers, and Branch Managers. It is a point system with customizable rules designed to reward the desired behaviors of the Collection Units to achieve pre-established milestones and increased productivity.
